Visit at different times of day. Ask about access, utilities, internet, water storage, insurance, maintenance and the condition of the property. For land, clarify the boundaries, access and intended use with qualified local professionals.

Programme rules and approved projects can change. A property’s historic listing label is not proof of current eligibility. For current project status, requirements and authorised agents, consult the Investment Migration Agency Grenada.

YOUR QUESTIONS, CONSIDERED
Before you make your move.
Where should I start my property search?
Begin with your budget, preferred location, timing and how you will use the property. Kayla can help turn these into a useful shortlist, including land, rentals and commercial opportunities.
How are prices displayed?
Use the currency button at the top of the page to choose EC dollars, US dollars, British pounds, euros or Canadian dollars. Your choice is remembered. Converted prices marked ≈ are estimates; the original asking price is shown on each property. A per-square-foot price is not the total purchase price. Ask Kayla to confirm the final amount, rental period and included charges.
Can I explore a property without registering?
Yes. Browse the complete catalogue and contact Kayla directly by WhatsApp, phone or email. Property WhatsApp links include the title and page address for context.
What should I ask before renting?
Confirm the rental period, deposit, payment schedule, utilities, maintenance responsibilities, furniture, parking and move-in condition. Ask the landlord which documents they require. Read the written lease and arrange a walkthrough before moving in.
What if I cannot find the right property?
Bayside offers property sourcing and private listings. Share your priorities with Kayla to discuss opportunities beyond the public collection.
Does buying a property automatically qualify me for citizenship?
Do not assume a listing qualifies. The Investment Migration Agency Grenada states that real-estate investment under its programme is restricted to government-approved projects. Verify the specific project, application requirements and current terms directly with IMA and authorised professionals.
