Property enquiries
When online enquiries are enabled, we use the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide to respond to your property enquiry. Property enquiries also include the relevant listing. Do not submit payment information or identity documents through this form.
How your message is handled
Enabled online enquiries use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam verification. Messages are stored securely on Cloudflare for the authorised Bayside team to read and follow up. When email alerts are configured, Resend delivers a notification to Kayla. These services process the information needed to perform those tasks. If the form is unavailable, you can contact Kayla directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Contact analytics
This site counts WhatsApp clicks, phone clicks, viewing-request clicks and enquiries saved in the Bayside inbox. Counts are aggregated by day, event and property. The analytics feature does not store your name, email address, IP address, browsing profile or a persistent visitor identifier, and uses no analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected for contact-click counts.
A contact click signals interest. It is not a confirmed enquiry or a completed transaction. A saved enquiry confirms receipt by the website; it does not prove that a team member has read it.
Your currency preference
We use the approximate country supplied by Cloudflare to choose an initial display currency. We do not request your precise location or store your country for this feature. Choosing a currency saves a first-party preference cookie for one year on this browser. It contains only your currency choice and takes priority over automatic selection. Exchange rates are fetched by our server, without sending visitor information to the rate provider. You can change your currency at any time or remove the preference by clearing this site’s cookies.
Hosting and external services
Property maps use OpenStreetMap data delivered by OpenFreeMap. Viewing a map sends OpenFreeMap the normal network information needed to load map tiles. Owner address searches use Geoapify when connected. Owner accounts use a secure session cookie; public visitors do not need an account.
Our hosting and security providers may process network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Links to WhatsApp, email, video and external resources are subject to those services’ own privacy practices.
